K, lotta questions=lotta answers....Before I start, these answers reflect only my opinion and conclusions drawn from personal experieces. Here we go!
1. Yes, your lover should be your friend. Although some say they are two seperate things, friends don't have to be lovers but lovers should be friends.
2. Yes, the difference between love and being in love is infatuation.
3. Yes, we should love one another even when we like each other.

7. Nope, not in love but I love a lot of ppl.
8. NO, two seperate things. Sometimes we have trouble seperating the two. If u cannot, u should just abstain. I personally would just rather not seperate them so I abstain. But if you must indulge, realize sex and love are two totally seperate ideas. One does not necessarily exist just because of the other.
9. Hm, the problem arise with the word, "completely." I don't believe it is humanly possible to completely do anything....
