being realistic is key. everyone has a lot going on so you have to make an effort. the best "secret" i think, is to wake up every morning and try to out do each other in love and fun! if someone says a relationship is boring; i can guarantee you they themselves are Boring!

I believe spontaneity is a good ingredient to an exciting relationship. That last minute quick drive somewhere, or walk downtown, or just spending time together without a structured schedule. And even though I am not big on surprises, I am always THRILLED when they are done to me and I like to surprise as well, especially when he least expects it!

LOL @R and thanks D for responding. I agree that being realistic is the key and that you shouldn't have to settle for less then what you want, but that you shouldn't have impossible standards either. I think if you have trust, communication, and romance in the relationship as the foundation you are on the right path. You BOTH try to ... See Moreout do each other, mix in some healthy, fun, and positive surprises in the mix, and not get too comfortable; you have the recipe for a great relationship. Then you add commitment, and marriage and then you can participate in the exciting, guilt free, fun, spicy sex life where both people are out to please one another and you BAM you have a great relationship cheesecake!!!

Oh yeah as my bro put it after the wonderful blessing of marriage you must keep the bedroom steamy, spicy, exciting, all that good stuff on both parties..

Yes spicy marriage bedroom time. A divorce for lack of sex or intimacy should not exist in my opinion!
